Parents INC: An ADHD course for parents / carers of primary age children (5-11 years) with a diagnosis of ADHD
What is it?
Parents INC is a 9 week online course (1 hour per week) or 6 week face to face course (2 hours per week) for parents/carers where you will learn more about ADHD, how it affects your child, ways to help you support them and manage difficult behaviours.
Each week we discuss ideas and strategies and you will be asked to practice these at home between group sessions. This is important to help you to get the most benefit from the programme.
