Selective Eating
What is it?
This workshop focuses on exploring why some children have limited variety in their diet, the barriers and benefits to eating a balanced diet and tips on how to encourage trying new foods.
What does the workshop involve?
How will this help me?
Be supported to explore a number of strategies which can support your child in reducing anxiety and building confidence around new foods. We will think about things like using play, importance of praise, modelling and gradual exposure to new foods.
