Improving Wellbeing Sessions

What is it?

Because life can be busy at times, we wrote our Improving Wellbeing class to fit into one session.  This one-off class is designed to help you improve your emotional wellbeing.  Emotional wellbeing involves feeling good about ourselves:  Making positive lifestyle choices, living life by our values, having a sense of purpose and control in our lives, and having confidence in our coping abilities are important aspects of this.  Identifying your values and becoming more skilled at goal setting and problem solving in line with these values can help you to improve your emotional wellbeing.

This is not an interactive class – it’s presented in lecture style by our team, so all you have to do is sit back, listen and take it all in.

What does the session involve?

  • NHS professionals teach you practical ways to improve your wellbeing

  • You receive free information sheets

  • You can bring a friend or family member along with you

  • You will not be asked to share your personal experiences – it’s a class, not group therapy
