Parent ADHD Courses.

There are two courses available for parents / carers of children and young people diagnosed with ADHD. The right course for you depends on the age of your child.

Unfortunately, due to extremely low demand, we are unable to offer face-to-face courses for the foreseeable future.  If you would like to attend an ADHD programme, but have concerns about attending an online course, please email fife.atfife@nhs.scot and we will get in touch with you to discuss ways to provide support.

Online Courses

Parents INC (PINC) runs over nine weeks (1 hour per week)

Young People in Control (YPINC) is run over seven weeks (1 hour per week)

It is important that you are able to attend each week of the programmes as each one builds on the content of the previous session.

Please note you must be a resident in Fife to attend these courses.
