GLOW Course

Thank you for your interest in Glow, our online anxiety resource for primary age children. Unfortunately, the Glow resource is not currently available, however we have some other anxiety management supports that you can access instead.

Parenting An Anxious Child

A group supporting primary aged children (5–11) and their parents/carers to understand anxiety and explore coping strategies to help manage it. We run a rolling programme of online and face-to-face groups throughout the year. You can self-refer via the Access Therapies Fife website.
